તા. ૩૧/૦૩/ર૦ર૪ રાત્રીના કલાક ર૩/પ૯ વાગ્યા પછી કોલ લેટર ડાઉનલોડ કરવાની લીન્ક સમાપ્ત થઇ જશે તો આ સમયગાળામાં પોતાના કોલ લેટર અને અન્ય સુચનાઓ હોય તો ડાઉનલોડ કરી પ્રીન્ટ કઢાવી લેવી.

  • પ્રાથમિક કસોટી ફકત સક્રીનીંગ ટેસ્ટ માટે છે, પ્રાથમિક કસોટીમાં ઉમેદવારે મેળવલે ગુણને આખરી પસંદગી યાદી માટે ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહી.

  • પ્રથમ તબ્બકાની પરીક્ષા બાદ સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા. ૧૮-૦૫-૨૦૨૩ના જાહેરનામા મુજબ ગૃપ-A માટે વર્ણનાત્મક જયારે ગૃપ-B માટે MCQ- પ્રકારના પ્રશ્નો ધરાવતી Computer Based Response Test (CBRT) પધ્ધતિ સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષા લેવામાં આવશે. મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા અંગેની વિગતો જાહેરાતમાં જણાવેલ Appendix-G મુજબ તથા પરીક્ષાનો અભ્યાસક્રમ Appendix-H મુજબ રહેશે.

  • લઘુતમ લાયકી ધોરણ - પ્રાથમિક પરીક્ષા તથા મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે ઉમેદવારે આપેલ પરીક્ષામાં મેળવેલ ગણુ નું ન્યુનતમ ગુણવતા ધોરણ ૪૦ ટકા રાખવામાં આવેલ છે. ઉમેદવારે પત્યેક તબ્બકાની પરીક્ષામાં લઘુતમ લાયકી ગુણવતાનું ધોરણ ૪૦ ટકા માર્કસ નિયત કરવામાં આવલે છે. તેમાં કોઇપણ કેટેગરીના ઉમેદવારો માટે ૪૦ ટકા માર્કસ કરતાંખઓછું ન્યુનતમ ગુણવતા ધોરણ (Qualifying Standard) કોઇપણ સંજોગોમાં નક્કી કરી શકાશે નહિ.

  • પસંદગી યાદી તૈયાર કરવાની પધ્ધતિ:-

    • ઉમેદવારોએ પ્રથમ તબ્બકા ની પ્રીલીમીનરી પરીક્ષામાં મેળવેલ ગુણના આધારે ગૃપ - A અને ગૃપ - B માટેની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટેના લાયક ઉમેદવારોની અલગ અલગ યાદી તૈયાર કરી પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવશે. ભરવાની થતી કેટેગરી વાઇઝ જગ્યાના સાત ગણા ઉમદેવારોને મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે લાયક ઠરાવવામાં આવશે.

    • મંડળ દ્વારા બીજા તબ્બકાની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષાના અંતે મેળવેલ ગુણ, લઘુતમ લાયકી ગુણનું ધોરણ તેમજ કેટેગરી વાઇઝ ભરવાની થતી જગ્યાના આધારે ગૃપ - A અને ગૃપ - B માટે અલગ અલગ આખરી પસંદગી યાદી તૈયાર કરી પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવશે. તેમજ જે ઉમેદવારો એ મુખ્ય પરીક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત રહેલ પરંતુ પસંદગી યાદીમાં સ્થાન મેળવી શકેલ નથી તેવા અસફળ ઉમેદવારોની યાદી પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવશે.

    • આ જાહેરાતમાં અલગ-અલગ સંવર્ગની સંયુકત જાહેરાત આપવામાં આવેલ હોવાથી સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા.૨૭/૦૭/૨૦૧૮ ના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક: પીએસસી/૧૦૮૯/૩૯૧૦/ગ-૨ ની જોગવાઇઓ અનુસાર પ્રતિક્ષા યાદી (વેઇટીંગ લીસ્ટ) બનાવવામાં આવશે નહી.
